ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ВЗБОЛТАТЬ ПЕРЕД ПРИМЕНЕНИЕМ ЭФИРНЫЕ МАСЛА ИСПОЛЬЗУЙТЕ С ОСТОРОЖНОСТЬЮ После использования этого лосьона в течение пары месяцев я заметила существенные улучшения, а именно: частота воспалений уменьшилась, Т-зона стала более чистой, поры менее расширены и в них меньше скапливаются загрязнения (исчезли черные точки), кожа стала мягче. Компоненты: 1. Очищенная вода 40 мл - растворитель. 2. Винный уксус* 10 мл - смягчает и обеззараживает кожу, а также нейтрализует остатки мыла или любого другого средства для умывания; естественный консервант лосьона. 3. Жирное косметическое масло - 15-20 капель (или больше). 4. Эфирное масло** - 10-15 капель (или меньше). Также можно добавить масляные растворы витамина А** (ретинола ацетат) или Е (токоферола ацетат) (купить можно в аптеке), раствор уксуса заменить лимонным соком. ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО взбалтывать перед использованием, потому что водно-масляная смесь моментально расслаивается. Можно хранить при комнатной температуре. *5% уксус разбавили в 5 раз, конечная концентрация 1% раствор Если вы захотите использовать 70% уксусную кислоту, вам надо будет ее разбавить В 70 РАЗ!!!! Примерно 1 ст. л. на литр воды. **Будьте осторожны! Эфирное масло может вызывать аллергию. Масла цитрусовых (лимон, апельсин, мандарин) не рекомендуют наносить на кожу в светлое время дня, так как они повышают чувствительность кожи к свету (фотосенсибилизация). То же в случае витамина А (ретинола ацетат).
