Использование в XXI веке шуховских сетчатых оболочек ведущими архитекторами мира и развитие стиля хай-тек на основе наследия В.Г.Шухова обсуждались на архитектурном форуме, организованном Нижегородским государственным архитектурно-строительным университетом (ННГАСУ) в Нижнем Новгороде.
