Пациентка 55-и лет, находящаяся в постменопаузе была направлена на офисную гибкую гистероскопию после того, как ей провели УЗИ половых органов. При выполнении данного исследования у пациентки были заподозрены внутриматочные синехии или гиперплазия эндометрия. Во время гистерофиброскопии в полости матки у женщины выявлены множественные плотные спайки, атрофия эндометрия. После беседы с пациенткой стало известно, что несколько лет назад она проходила лечение по методу Грамматикати в связи с маточными кровотечениями. В полость матки ей вводился 5% спиртовой раствор йода.

My personal experience of developing Asherman's syndrome (intrauterine adhesions) after one suction D&C to 'treat' the miscarriage of my first pregnancy. My story is unique in that I discussed my fears of complications from the D&C with my doctor and asked for misoprostol instead of surgery but he said I had no other choice. I know now that this was completely untrue. As a result of his actions I ended up with stage III Asherman's syndrome. Женщина перенесла аборт. Через 4 месяца обратилась с жалобами на отсутствие менструаций и циклически повторяющиеся боли внизу живота. На УЗИ выявлена серозометра - жидкость в полости матки. На гистероскопии выявлено полное перекрытие внутреннего зева плотными синехями (спайками). Выполнен адгезиолизис - разрушение спаек, проходимость внутреннего зева восстановлена. При осмотре полости матки выявлены пристеночные спайки в ее верхних отделах.

Атрезия цервикального канала в с/з и в/з из за спаек была выявлена у пациентки сорока лет при проведении офисной гистероскопии. У женщины отсутствовали менструации в течение пяти лет после родов. После расширения цервикального канала расширителями Гегара в полости матки была обнаружена жидкость тёмно-шоколадного цвета. На стенках тела матки определялись множественные пристеночные спайки. Эндометрий тонкий, с подслизистыми петехиями и нечётким сосудистым рисунком.
