Heres another nice mess they've gotten into! This clip shows the climax to 'Nothing but trouble' a 1944 film starring Laurel & Hardy. After Stan & Ollie left the Hal Roach studios they worked for bigger companies such as MGM & 20th Century Fox, they did however have less influence in the films and gags. Most Laurel and Hardy fans would agree that the Hal Roach years were pure L&H at their very best as they had most input in the film-making particularly Stan Laurel who was the brains behind most of their funniest gags- Stan once said (about the later films) 'We had no say on those films, and it sure looked it'. Still their later films are still very much enjoyable, simply because it's Laurel and Hardy and they will always be funny no matter who they're working for or what they're doing. This particular scene is very funny, Stan and Ollie are told they must drop off the ledge of a high building to their death, but as you know with L&H nothing is simple. -God Bless Them- Hope it tickles you & please feel free to comment/add me ;) Pretty Parisian xxxx

Rank 1 created this brilliant track, with rich melodies, melancholic harmonies and wonderful transitions between hope and sadness. An unbelievable build-up is pulling you rushlike to its climax! Played again at ASOT 501. Released 29.08.2005 I will appreciate it still a long time. Original track has a length of 11:40, so I had to revise it due to this ... YT-requirements :o But it's ok, you won't hear that! It seems that the sound quality is not at optimum in every version, so it's difficult to get it better.
