DVD: www.amazon.com thefilmarchive.org God's Gun (also known as Diamante Lobo) is a 1976 Spaghetti western directed by Gianfranco Parolini and starring Lee Van Cleef. Jack Palance plays the head of a malicious group of bandits and Van Cleef plays a double role of brothers, a priest and a reformed gunfighter, determined to stop them. Leif Garrett also plays a vital part in the film, as a fatherless kid who brings the reformed gunfighter to town. God's Gun was filmed in Israel. One day Sam Clayton (Jack Palance) and his gang arrive in the small town Juno City where Father John (Lee van Cleef) is the priest of the town church. After having a little bit of fun, the gang leave town = only to be caught by father John. Vowing to have revenge, the gang gun him down on the steps of his church and then set about taking control of the town while waiting for the stagecoach. However, little Johnny (Leif Garrett) manages to escape with a couple of their horses and rides off to Mexico in the hope of finding the priest's brother (also played by Lee van Cleef). They soon meet and set off back across the border to clean up the town. Meanwhile Clayton discovers that he is Johnny's father. It seems that some fifteen years ago during the Civil War, Jenny O'Hara had been one of Clayton's victims - and now Clayton takes to the idea of being a father. Oil Discovery and Distribution of Wealth in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (1968)

thefilmarchive.org Proven oil reserves in Saudi Arabia are the second largest claimed in the world, estimated to be 267 billion barrels (42×109 m3) (Gbbl hereafter) including 2.5 Gbbl in the Saudi-Kuwaiti neutral zone. These reserves were the largest in the world until Venezuela announced they had increased their proven reserves to 297 Gbbl in January 2011. The Saudi reserves are about one-fifth of the world's total conventional oil reserves, a large fraction of these reserves comes from a small number of very large oil fields, and past production amounts to 40% of the stated reserves. Oil reserves in the United Arab Emirates, according to its government, are about 98 billion barrels (15.6×109 m3), almost as big as Kuwait's claimed reserves. Of the emirates, Abu Dhabi has most of the oil with 92 billion barrels (14.6×109 m3) while Dubai has 4 billion barrels (640×106 m3) and Sharjah has 1.5 billion barrels (240×106 m3). Most of the oil is in the Zakum field which is the third largest in the Middle East with an estimated 66 billion barrels (10.5×109 m3). The UAE produces about 2.9 million barrels per day (460×103 m3/d) of total oil liquids, but has stated its intention to increase this to 5 million barrels per day (790×103 m3/d) by 2014. The UAE's reserves-to-production is about 93 years. The petroleum industry includes the global processes of exploration, extraction, refining, transporting (often by oil tankers and pipelines), and marketing petroleum products. The largest ...

Vietnam War Documentary: A Nation Builds Under Fire - Republic of Vietnam

thefilmarchive.org South Vietnam was a state which governed southern Vietnam until 1975. It received international recognition in 1950 as the "State of Vietnam" (1949--55) and later as the "Republic of Vietnam" (1955--75). Its capital was Saigon. The terms "South Vietnam" and "North Vietnam" became common usage in 1954 at the time of the Geneva Conference, which partitioned Vietnam into communist and non-communist zones at the 17th parallel. South Vietnam's origins can be traced to the French colony of Cochinchina, a subdivision of French Indochina, which consisted of the southern third of Vietnam. After World War II, the Việt Minh, led by Ho Chi Minh, proclaimed Vietnamese independence in Hanoi. In 1949, non-communist Vietnamese politicians formed a rival government in Saigon led by former emperor Bao Dai. Bao Dai was deposed by Prime Minister Ngo Dinh Diem in 1955, who proclaimed himself president after a fraudulent referendum. After Diệm was deposed in a military coup in 1963, there was a series of short-lived military governments. General Nguyen Van Thieu led the country from 1967 until 1975. The Vietnam War began in 1965 with an uprising by Việt Cộng forces supplied by North Vietnam. Fighting climaxed during the Tết Offensive of 1968, when there were over 1.5 million South Vietnamese soldiers and 500000 US soldiers in South Vietnam. Despite a peace treaty concluded in January 1973, fighting continued until the North Vietnamese army overran Saigon on April 30, 1975 ...

MKULTRA Documentary: CIA Mind Control Research - Human Experiments in the United States

DVD: www.amazon.com Book: www.amazon.com There have been numerous experiments performed on human test subjects in the United States that have been considered unethical, and were often performed illegally, without the knowledge, consent, or informed consent of the test subjects. Many types of experiments have been performed including the deliberate infection of people with deadly or debilitating diseases, exposure of people to biological and chemical weapons, human radiation experiments, injection of people with toxic and radioactive chemicals, surgical experiments, interrogation/torture experiments, tests involving mind-altering substances, and a wide variety of others. Many of these tests were performed on children and mentally disabled individuals. In many of the studies, a large portion of the subjects were poor racial minorities or prisoners. Often, subjects were sick or disabled people, whose doctors told them that they were receiving "medical treatment", but instead were used as the subjects of harmful and deadly experiments. Many of these experiments were funded by the United States government, especially the Central Intelligence Agency, United States military and federal or military corporations. The human research programs were usually highly secretive, and in many cases information about them was not released until many years after the studies had been performed. The ethical, professional, and legal implications of this in the United States medical and ...

thefilmarchive.org DVD: www.amazon.com Frank Emmons Overton (March 12, 1918 -- April 24, 1967) was an American actor. Overton appeared in numerous television programs during the early 1950s and through the late 1960s, including The Fugitive (TV series) in 1963. Screenwriter William Bast was one of Dean's closest friends, a fact acknowledged by Dean's family. According to Dean's first biographer (1956), Bast was his roommate at UCLA and later in New York, and knew Dean throughout the last five years of his life. Fifty years after Dean's death, he stated that their friendship had included some sexual intimacy. Early in Dean's career, after Dean signed his contract with Warner Brothers, the studio's public relations department began generating stories about Dean's liaisons with a variety of young actresses who were mostly drawn from the clientele of Dean's Hollywood agent, Dick Clayton.
