Lallu has been separated from his birth parents at a very young age, and lives with his foster father, who brings him up to become a young, honest and religious man. Lallu travels to Bombay city, looking for work, and comes to the rescue of Jamna Das. Das employs him in his organization, and subsequently asks him to get married to his spoiled daughter, Sunita, but Sunita loves Amit, and will have nothing to do with Lallu, who she finds uneducated and unsophisticated. Das has a heart attack and passes away, but changes his last will and testament, making it incumbent upon Sunita to marry Lallu or get nothing from his estate. Having no other option, Sunita marries Lallu, but continues to have her affair with Amit. Then Amit and Sunita plot to kill Lallu, and succeed. Inspector Vijay Kumar is assigned to this homicide and immediately suspects Sunita and Amit. Watch the suspense and the climax unroll as Vijay goes about gathering evidence that will tie the two to Lallu's murder, while they try to prove that Lallu is an non-existent entity.

A Touching story Auto mobile mechanic Ashok (NTR) is thrown out of his family's house by his father (Prakash Raj), when his violent actions kill his grand mother (Ramaprabha). Ashok falls in love with aishwariya, a neighbour. However, KK(south gate) also falls in love with aishwariya, when he sees her involved in an accident. Ashok's friend Husain(dindigul) is killed by KK's gang whilst saving aishwariya from the clutches of KK This angers Ashok who has, in the meantime, gone off to madurai because of a plot by KK and his mother (Vadipukarassi), which also involved Ashok's father. As soon as he learns what has happened he rushes back to alanganalore to save both his family and aishwariya. Ashok's best friend(Rajiv Kanakala) was killed by KK and his brother, and for revenge, he kills his brother. KK wants revenge, and kidnaps Ashok's sister. During the climax of the film Ashok is fighting KK, whose mother arrives with the intention of shooting Ashok. As often occurs in films, things soon go awry and the bullet hits KK, killing him. Ashok is then free to tell aishwariya of his undying love and we assume they go on to live happily ever after.

"Alexander The Great" is decidedly different from the commercial potboilers, one difference being that there is no leading lady in the movie. Alexander the Great gains momentum with the demise of Prathapa Verma, an industrialist based in Dubai. Prathapa Verma's will shocks and amuses everyone even his son Manu. He has left all his belongings and possessions to an unknown Alexander Verma based in Mumbai. For Manu it becomes imperative that Alexander reaches Dubai. Alexander reaches Dubai but Manu is shocked to know that Alexander is not normal but an autistic chap who is extremely intelligent. The film marches ahead with some comic and thrilling sequences to a climax that is unexpected. The director describes the movie as a "comical racy entertainer". The movie is partially adapted from the Hollywood film Rain Man. Mohanlal packs a punch and pulls the strings of our hearts with his performance which endearing.

Neel alias Neelkanta (Upendra) and Agastya (Priyamani) are siblings. Purse alias Parasuram (Raja) is their buddy. The two police families get separated from each other as tragedy strikes in the death of their fathers with the manipulation of their jealous colleague Naik (Suman). Twenty years pass by. Neel, who turns a dreaded gangster, thinks that his father was killed by Parasuram's father (who is also no more). So, he wants to kill Parasuram, his buddy, to take revenge. Interestingly, Parasuram, who works as Police informer, falls in love with Neel's sister. After a couple of flashback episodes, Neel realizes his fallacy and wants the marriage of Parasuram and Agastya. When the duo (Neel and Parasu) are about to kill Naik (who is now Police commissioner), he commits suicide. But, in the climax fighting, Neel is shot in the chest. After death, Neel wishes good luck to Parasu and Agastya -- as he travels amidst clouds dressed in his typical "Upendra" style.

The story is about two friends. One of them is the head of the village and the other is a servant in his house. Both live together as brothers inspite of the bridge between their statuses. To save his Wodeyars prestige Mutha takes the blame for a murder committed during the wodeyars sister wedding and is behind the bars for 15 years. He also takes an oath from his Wodeyar that he wont disclose the truth to anyone. This brings a rift between the family of wodeyar and his sister Thara with Mansur Ali Khan. Mutha leaves his son Chikkaiah to look after the wodeyar and his family.�The Wodeyars daughter Sanghavi returns from abroad. She vows to take revenge on Muthaiah thinking that he was the main reason for the rift in her family. She fools Chikaiah as to believe that she is in love with him. One day she creates such a awkward scene that Chikaiah is asked to leave the house. As time passes Muthaiah returns from prison. On the other hand all arrangements are made for the marriage of the Wodeyars daughter with his sisters brother in law Gurudutt . What forms the climax is how Mutha and Chikaiah stop the marriage. The truth hidden for 15 yrs as to why Mutha went to prison is also disclosed.
