I saw Ian Hill at the Enka Fill Alpine Rally in 1983, it was the first big car rally I went to. These old cars are some much more lively than the current crop of rally cars. today it's all about stright-lining, back then it was about power slids. :)

Fantastic days ruined by gutless competitors unwilling to stand up to CAMS and too selfish and busy worried about losing their 1960's bodied pieces of shit. Now what have you got, unaffordable boring (to the spectator) cars that most drivers are too scared to have a go because every mistake costs a fortune. Anytime someone wants these days back (not the 1960's styling) feel free to contact me, had a plan then (rejected by CAMS of course), still have.
